Coaching Session

Service Description

Coaching is different than therapy. In coaching, we set goals together - I follow your lead. We talk about what's going well, what's challenging you, and where you want to grow, where you want to go. Then, my job is to facilitate a process where you learn, self-reflect, do homework or growth exercises, and work toward your goals. When you need it, I'm also here to hold you accountable to yourself and your goals. When you succeed, we celebrate. When you struggle, I provide support and help you learn to work through it. I am a pup and a kinkster. We can meet with our hoods on or off, depending on what makes you most comfortable. I bring myself into our work together - I don't try to "sterlize" or "professionalize" what I do. I talk with you as a guide, friend, mentor, not as a diagnostician or stuffy professional. (They have their place, but that's not me.) I speak pup, BDSM, and consensual non-monogamy - you don't have to worry about teaching me about pup play. I am fluent in the dynamics of non-monogamy, polyamory, kinks, roleplay, BDSM, and all their complexities. I'm part of the community with you and work to eradicate shame and stigma - pleasure is what we are all here for! I have extensive expertise in all the other "vanilla" aspects of sexuality and am skilled in working with folks about gender as well. I am bilingual: English or Spanish. Coaching is different than therapy in a lot of ways, but one of them is how long it takes. Coaching is problem or goal-focused, so it ends when you decide you have solved the problem or achieved your goal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed with at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged for a session cancelled within 24 hours. If you are participating in a support group or recurring service, you are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.
